yeah I’m definitely going to see the movie when it comes out in Australia. The characters are just so so strange they’re lovable!

With the situation that happened in Boston and the fake april fools showing of the movie on cartoon network, it’s hard to believe this movie succeeded, and when I say succeeded, I mean it got more money than it should. (budget: $750,000 U.S. Box Office: $5,431,812)

I love the show, and anyone who has seen can relate that the show is weird, awkward, never linear, and to some people… lovable. But I think where the movie goes short is it’s length. One can only watch Aqua teen in short intervals, hence the show is only 15 minutes, whereas the movie is an hour and a half!

After the first 30 minutes, which I though was very entertaining, the movie goes dry, ideas are scattered, and the plot totally lost, and then in the end goes back into place. It was like viper at magic mountain only ending in a small world in Disneyland to say the least.

Overall, this movie should’ve been a straight to DVD release, or at least make it shorter. Even fans of the movie (like myself) will be disappointed.
