I don’t wanna spend too much time on recent infos that can be summed up all in one post instead of each with separate post. What I’m trying to say is that… here are some of the movie related headlines that have been circulating in movie bloggiing all over the net.

1). Rosario Dawson has turned down Kevin Smith’s upcoming project “Zack and Miri Make Porno”, because she chose to work on another project with Shia LaBeouf in a film based on the original idea by Steven Spielberg. Kevin reporetedly was disappointed due to the fact that he actually wrote the script with Rosario Dawson in mind to play the lead character. Now Kevin Smith is a cool dude, especially his character Silent Bob, but Steven Spielberg is still the man!

2). The negotiation is close to a done deal for J.J Abrams to cast Anton Yelchin as the young Pavel Chekov. Who the in the world is Anton Yelchin? some new kid that was in the movie ‘Alpha Dog’. And who in the world is Chekov? Don’t ask me, I’m not a Trekkie.

3). They’re gonna make a live action movie of ‘JOHNNY QUEST’ based on the character created by Hannah-Barbera. I barely remember watching any of Quest’s adventures when I was a kid, as far as I’m concerned Flintstones, the Jetsons, and Scooby Doo are Hannah-Barbera’s prized creations. But I think this whole ‘Johnny Quest’ movie project is just to compete with ‘Speed Racer’ the movie.
