5 people that should’ve played the roles

When you watch a movie, any movie, whether you like it or not, you’d analyze it somehow and one of the thoughts that would come to your mind would sound something like this, “Why is he/she the one playing that character?” or something like this “He/she is a bad actor, that someone else I saw in the other film should’ve played that role!”
It does get annoying to know that a movie could’ve been better if… someone else had played the role instead of the person on the screen. So here’s a list based on my opinion, friends, or folks I bump into online that think these 5 people should’ve played the roles or that they would make better actors for the movies…

5). HARRISON FORD should’ve played the character Robert Langdon in The Da Vinci Code
Tom HanksDr. Indiana Jones

I for one was very disappointed in the fact that they picked Tom Hanks to play Robert Landon. Now don’t get me wrong, I think Tom Hanks is a great actor who can play any character (except bad guys) but when I read the Da Vinci Code book a few years back, I was actually thinking Harrison Ford would be the better cast, remember Professor Indiana Jones in the classroom? Now make that today’s Harrison Ford with the same look, only a bit modernized, and there you’d have Professor Robert Langdon. Yes or No?

4). SETH GREEN should’ve played Red Pollard in Seabiscuit
Tobey McGuireSeth Green

Now this what someone told me once, that he thought Seth Green would’ve been a better Red Pollard than Tobey McGuire in the movie ‘Seabiscuit’. Although the real Red Pollard did have that nickname because of his flame-colored hair, which would make Seth Green perfect for the role instead of Tobey’s hairdyed performance, but the real Red Pollard was about 5′7″ which is pretty close to Tobey’s height 5′8″. Seth Green comes up short with just 5′4″. But despite or the red hair, I think we can all agree that Tobey is a better actor than Seth Green. Acting skills is what’s needed to play alongside such great talents as Chris Cooper and Jeff Bridges. If we see Seth on the big screen trying to do some serious oscar worthy film, we probably wouldn’t be able to help but laugh.

3). Reese Witherspoon and Jim Carrey should’ve played the roles in BEWITCHED
Dick York and Elizabeth Montgomery
Jim CarreyReese Witherspoon

It doesn’t really matter, really. Because the movie ‘Bewitched’ itself was a terrible movie. It wasn’t that funny and it had boring written all over it. Why did it even have to be about the behind the scenes or the making of the series.. what a crappy storyline, overall it was a bad career move for Nicole Kidman and Will Ferrell. It would be a bad career move for just about anybody. But if they were to make a better version of the movie Bewitched with better storyline they should pick Reese Witherspoon and Jim Carrey to play the roles just because of the somewhat resemblance they have with the actors from the original TV series Bewitched (Dick York and Elizabeth Montgomery)

2). ADRIANA LIMA should’ve played God in Bruce Almighty
Morgan Freemanadriana lima

This is from one blogger online who said that the Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima should’ve played God instead of Morgan Freeman in the comedy film ‘Bruce Almighty’. He said that because he thinks Adriana Lima is… drumroll please…. PERFECT.
I’d have to agree with his opinion.

1). VIN DIESEL should’ve played Agent 47 in HITMAN

I know it’s not fair to say something like this when the movie hasn’t even been released yet. I think Timothy Olyphant is a new talent that needs to be reckon with, but Vin Diesel looks just like the Hitman. Vin Diesel would have the angry, full of vengeance face. He can display intimidation through his presence. He’s bulk, got style, and built to be an action hero or an assassin just like the dude from the video game. Not to mention he doesn’t need to shave his head for the hitman role since he already likes being bald anyway.
But I guess we need to give Timothy Olyphant a chance to prove us wrong. If he fails to do so, then this this list won’t change at all. The movie HITMAN opens everywhere October 17th.

Vin’s not bad, but I always thought of Jason Stathem as Agent 47 myself

Jason Statham would be kinda perfect to play agent 47 too. But then he’d look just like Transporter all over again.
