LIONS FOR LAMBS Review

HAHAHA! This ridiculous movie has got to be Hollywood’s left wing agenda or a failed attempt I should say, to influence audiences’ minds. I can’t believe I almost went to the free screening of this joke. I’m not a Republican or a Democrat, and I don’t have any objection to political drama movies that take sides. But this is just way… too obvious!
A bunch of great actors supported by not as great a story.
Two students under the education of Prof. Stephen Malley (Redford) have agreed that the only way to do something with their lives is to enlist in the army and join the war. In Washington, Senator Irving (Cruise) and a TV Journalist (Streep) are in an interview that would reveal the next plan to win the war on terror, the plan that involves the fates of those two young soldiers.

Journalists fail to present facts and politicians are liars, tell us something we don’t know!
Besides, the movie LIONS FOR LAMBS feels like sitting through a college class lecture. It’s boring, it’s dreadful, and what’s most unfortunate about it is that it could bring up some interesting discussions but it becomes a movie that’s not interesting at all.
The military aspect of this movie, played by two soldier characters, in my opinion is just a tease, like commercial breaks to keep the audiences from falling a sleep.
The only thing I find really, really good about this movie is the interaction between Robert Redford’s character, Professor Stephen and the troubled student with great potential. Their conversation should be inspiring enough to get today’s youth off their lazy ass and take on a cause or do something passionate with their lives instead of letting it pass them by.

I really wanted to see this, but I have heard so many bad reviews. I’ll see it if I get a chance and let you know what I think.
It is that bad, it’s so bad it’s hilarious
I didn’t get this movie. I thought it made liberals look worse than conservatives. Even so, it was still bad.
