Pictures from INDIANA JONES 4

Indiana Jones

There’s a reason why aintitcool is called just that, it’s because that website knows how to live up to its name. Here are some cool pictures from the upcoming summer blockbuster, the next adventure in the famous chapter of the archeology with the big hat INDIANA JONES: THE KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL.
This is why I like better calling it Indiana Jones 4, it’s much more simple. But I’m sure the movie is anything but.
It opens May 22nd, 2008 and as you can see form this movie Shia LaBeouf (Transformers) is considered worthy enough by the great director Steven Spielberg to share screen time with Han Solo, Mr. Harrison Ford.
Shia here kinda looks like he could’ve been part of the cast of the movie Grease. I mean… what’s with that style?

Indiana Jones

The info that’s been going around online is that Steven Spielberg brought back some of the alien puppets from the movie Close Encouters of The Third Kind and incorporated them into INDIANA JONES 4 somehow.
Now that’s just unnecessary, why gotta ruin what could be a great adventure movie with sci-fi stuff. When I go to see Indiana Jones movie, I go to see treasure hunt, booby traps, ancient spells and snakes, not Aliens.
I don’t want the story to end up in cave somehow and the Dr. Jones finds some ancient collections but they’re not from earth!
Here’s what Movieweb found out about all this:

One of the things that Spielberg has gone on record as saying is that most of the special effects in the film are practical. Now that appears to be true. The aliens in the film are puppets. There are three of them, seated on thrones in The Kingdom (an Aztec structure that turns out to be a spaceship). And, guess what? They bare a striking resemblance to the little naked bald headed midgets that were seen running around at the end of Close Encounters of the Third Kind. They are indeed supposed to be the ascendants of the Extraterrestrials seen in that film. They are related. Though the film doesn’t come right out and say that. A lot of kids haven’t even seen Close Encounters. They aren’t going to get the joke.
