Another GHOSTBUSTER Movie?
According to moviehole, Actor Ernie Hudson said to themoneytimes that the “Ghostbusters” gang might reunite for another sequel.

“Danny Aykroyd and Harold Ramis, I know they want to do another film,” Hudson said. “It would be great if we could get back together again.”
Ernie Hudson played one of the Ghostbusters, Winston Veddermore in the first two films. He got recruited by the first three original members.
His role as I remember it, wasn’t all that significant but the team did look better in four than three.

The article goes on saying about how he’s excited about participating in the Ghostbuster New Game and he wishes that he could’ve been a part of the cartoon series a while back.
The movie Ghostbusters 3, eh?
It would be awesome, I’ve always said that Ghostbusters need to have another movie to complete a trilogy, nobody leaves anything hanging with just two movies anymore these days. Three is the number.
I heard it would be tough to get Bill Murray to buy into the idea, mostly because after Lost In Translation, he now thinks he’s too high and mighty for this kind of project.
I’ve always thought about Ghostbuster 3 casting young actors, the time and place set in the present rather than having the old gang back. I mean… maybe they could produce the film or make a cameo appearance… kinda like what Stan Lee does in every Marvel-based movie.
But maybe, maybe… the plot could be like this…
It’s been years since the original ghostbusters were out of business, there have been many more successful ghost fighting rivals out there, younger and faster, winning the competition, taking all the glory.
All of a sudden the ultimate badass ghost appears out of nowhere and brings panic and chaos into the heart of NYC. It’s got some sort of evil masterplan which it’s going to full.
Many ghostbusters-like teams lost their men fighting this ghost and its army.
The attack or the invasion would be like Cloverfield but with a shot of supernatural and comedy.
The old ghostbusters team is now forced to re-group, which takes a lot of convincing because some of them may not believe that they have what it takes to trap ghosts anymore.
How ’bout it? What do you think?
That’s just my idea, in any case… I think it would be Slimey awesome to have another Ghostbusters movie, whatever the format will be.
