Rama’s SCREEN

The trailer for Ricky Gervais‘ new comedy movie GHOST TOWN has hit the web and it’s kinda funny. I say ‘kinda’ because it’s not one of those trailer that will make you laugh out loud.
Maybe that’s a good thing, maybe they’re hiding the good stuff, the real funny deal for us to see in the theater, which is hopefully the case.
It seems like it’s going to be one of those movies where the characters are rude and bitter like Mr. Scrooge and then ends up being the friendliest guy in the neighborhood.

SYNOPSIS:

Bertram Pincus (Ricky Gervais), is a man whose people skills leave much to be desired. When Pincus dies unexpectedly, but is miraculously revived after seven minutes, he wakes up to discover that he now has the annoying ability to see ghosts. Even worse, they all want something from him, particularly Frank Herlihy (Greg Kinnear) who pesters him into breaking up the impending marriage of his widow Gwen (Téa Leoni). That puts Pincus squarely in the middle of a triangle with spirited result
