According to Variety, he’s in negotiations to star in the movie adaptation UP IN THE AIR based on the novel of the same title by author Walter Kim, the story is about a a heartless HR executive who becomes obsessed with reaching the ultimate goal, his Holy Grail: one million frequent flier miles. But before he achieves this long-desired freedom, conditions begin to deteriorate
The movie’s directed by Jason Reitman (Thank you for Smoking, Juno)

I’m assuming George Clooney in real life probably doesn’t have trouble with flying from one place to another. While the rest of us have to suffer with the hike in the ticket price, not to mention airline’s ridiculous extra charges on luggages and even a bottle of water during the flight.. Clooney is chillin’ in some private jet plane provided by some studio who’s paying him big bucks just for being Clooney.
