AMERICAN TEEN Review

American Teen
AMERICAN TEEN is a documentary that would take you into a world of high school teens and what they have to go through without having to experience any of the fake stuff that The Hills and other so-called teen reality shows have to offer out there. It’s an… Read more

GONZO: THE LIFE AND WORK OF HUNTER S. THOMPSON Review

gonzo
A documentary that takes us to a trippy place, and when I say trippy, I literally mean exactly that. It’s not the production or the talking heads, it’s the fact that it’s about a guy who once loved taking acids just as much as I love doing less harmful stuff. GONZO: THE LIFE AND WORK OF HUNTER S. THOMPSON is a good tribute to… Read more

Trumbo
There are many great people out there who walk this earth as giants because of their accomplishments and contribution to life and they’re not seen daily on TV or the big screen. Darwinism Vs. Creationism, Evolution Vs. Intelligent Design, Science Vs. Religion. EXPELLED is an excellent documentary that captures real troubling facts about today’s persecution. WHERE IN THE WORLD IS OSAMA BIN LADEN? Review

Where in the world is Osama Bin Laden?
Morgan Spurlock and Michael Moore are awesome documentary filmmakers in my book. Some may say that one is redneck and the other is left wing nutjob but hey, if most documentaries are as entertaining as their movies, I would start watching that genre more without fear of falling asleep from boredom. WHERE IN THE WORLD IS OSAMA BIN LADEN is an… Read more

ARCTIC TALE Review

arctic tale
This is a very touching documentary movie about two lives: the polar bear Nanu and The walrus pup Sheela. This movie takes us on on a journey that these two living creatures embark. The joy of family and the hardship of trying to survive. In my opinion, it is not as well made as March of the Penguin, it looks more like the things we normally see on national geographic channel and discovery channel but this time magnified to fit the big screen. But still… Read more

SICKO Review

now ‘SICKO’.. now this is a must-see film

it’s in my opinion one of the best documentaries films of the year.. heck I’d even put it in my list of top ten best films of 2007

‘Sicko’ is an eye opener about the evil of health insurance companes in United States that seem to have lost the care in healthcare.

This big companies deny care just to keep profit and save money.. while people are dying because they can’t afford medical bills.

Other countries including Cuba have it so much better because of the Universal health care, which is labeled as socialist medicine by the U.S. government, comprised of many who unfortunately have been bought by big health insurance companies.

Look.. I’m not saying Michael Moore is a saint, but I have to admit that he’s an excellent documentary film producer, and this recent project of his is going to cause a stir.

‘Sicko’ has thrill, drama, comedy, even horror.. and a whole lotta reality…
you don’t have to be a U.S. citizen to be appalled by the stories presented in this film.
Trust me, go watch the movie ‘Sicko’.. and you’ll understand.. or at least it will definitely increase your awareness.
